They were signed to an Australian record label in 1963 and released records from then on,although their first minor hit there was not til 1965.Their first hit single in England was "New York Mining Disaster 1941" (1967) and they have enjoyed number ones here in the 60`s, 70`s and 80`s.

bit more trivia on BeeGees, born in Isle of Man, raised in manchester then emigrated to Australia. As youngsters they were in trouble with police. They are the most successful FAMILY recording artists of all time. Maurice married singer Lulu in late 60's. first recorded single over here was Spicks and Specks.
