how can i log on to my computer

as ive deleted my cookies(i think) and cant get passed the windows page,it keeps on asking me for my password and i never knew it!!!!!

please help me

or just press enter when the password box comes up without putting anything into the box, there may not actually be a password.

Also, I think if you remove the battery in the PC and leave it out for a few Min's whilst PC is disconnected it will forget all the passwords and you will no longer require one, Ive never tried it though, I have just been told about it.
