Does anyone know of a list that would tell me which mobile phone prefix belongs to which operator i.e. 07980 = Orange?

whats the best (cheapest) way to copy a dvd onto an mp3 player?

You won't find one that's accurate because when you change network you are given a "pack code" which enables you to take your number with you from one network provider to another.
