What job can I get?

I am a girl and I'm 14. I would love to make a bit more extra cash, for revision guides and things as I have my Year 9 SATS coming up. However, is there any jobs I could do or do you have to be 16 or over when you have your National Insurance Number?

when i was 14 i used to deliver the local paper. It didnt pay much but is a start. It depends what sort of area you live in really as you need to ensure your safety.
At 15 i worked as a checkout girl on a saturday i think thats the age that you can do a job like that.
Phone your local shops as this is the time of year that many shops get busy and look for extra staff. It wont hurt to ask if they have any vacancies or at what age they employ weekend staff

hiyaa x im having the same problem im 15 though and in year 10 and by the way sats are not that bad haha! would you be able to give me some advice? what did other people say to you wen u posted you question? answer/reply please x thanks x

I work in the hotel industry and we employ 14 year olds and over to do jobs such as washing up, waitressing and housekeeping, perhaps you should try your local hotels/restaurants.
