CLue: Unperturbed by Coca Cola's initially unappealing effervescent brown.
I have as my answer: Cool as a cucumber.
Coca colas c being an anagram of Cool as a c = umber(brown). But there is still a U as a lefover letter.
Where have I gone wrong?

Is it the U in unperturbed at the beginning of the clue...initially..etc?

I suppose it could be either, Pauline. I didn't think of using the 'u' in that way, but that would complete it.
