Mike Nesmith is alive and well, and has been involved in three munti-million dollar fortunes. First, he did indeed inherit the patent for what became branded as 'Tip-Ex' his mother was a secretary and she thought up the idea. Second, Mike had the brainwave for using films of bands to promote their music, and he was instrumental in the creaton of MTV. Thirdly, he'e a member of The Monkees, and has several songwriting credits on their massive selling albums.
