Sunday Times Travel competition. Has anyone solved this yet? I have the island of Hoy as the first island and Cantick Head as the lighthouse. This doesn't seem to make sense as this lighthouse is also on Hoy.

Says something like nearly an island, and as that bit of Hoy is called South Walls (joined only by causeway) this is what I've put.
Likewise. The reference to martello tower supports S Walls as well.
Conclusive. South Walls. The causeway linking it to Hoy is The Ayre (built WW2) - Homonym 'air'
