Bad plasterer

We had our hall, stairs and landing skimmed before we paint it, but once it had dried there were a few areas we weren't happy with, holes, rough patches etc. we spoke to the plasterer who arranged to come back but then didn't turn up and now won't answer calls or texts. What can we do// Thanks

Get a quote from elsewhere to fix it, then sue him in the small claims court for that sum. Easy to do yourself, and costs very little.
