Hi Sheribee,I can see you are a good Mum but I'm with Goodsoulette on this one. There are no rules in our house excepting "use your common sense" so our children have unlimited access to sweets and crap should they want it. As that's the case,and it's not forbidden and alluring as such, none of them ever eat it, because let's be honest strawberries , melon, oranges etc are MUCH nicer than packaged cr4p you can buy, so my kids eat healthily by their own choice, which imho sets them up better for their future than giving them a complex about weight, health and food. You don't just have to look after kid's physical well being, but their psychological developement as well, so try and chill out as much as possible and you and they will have a much nicer, much healthier time, and deadman is right let them build their immunity up.
