Pain in stomach

I go running about 3 times a week, but recently i have been getting this pain in the lower left of my stomach. It really is excrutiating, and can come about after only aminute or so of running, but sometimes not at all. I cant think what causes it, because ive been looking at eating too soon etc but it has no effect. Has anyone had the same thing?
