i know i joke about most things,but this is serious, well to me anyway but my right nipple has been erect all day and hurts like mad, how do i stop it,

Could it be from friction - rubbing against your shirt? When this happens to me, I apply a bit of aqueous cream and put a plaster on top for a day or two.
