I have a subscription to "SKY TV" and I am finding it becoming expensive. If I cancel my subscription to "Sky", could I still recieve the "Freeview channels" through my dish?

I think if you cancel Sky they disable your card and you get no channels.

You can get something from Sky called FreeSat which is a card that gives you most of the free programs, but no monthly charge.

It is 150 if you do not have the dish or sky box, but if you already have them I think the card is only about 20.

Sorry, but I cancelled SKY a while back and you do get most of the freeview channels.

And as a bonus, after a couple of months they let me have the basic package for half price for 6 months - and after the 6 months expired and I cancelled again, they gave me another 6 months which expires in February)

I say most channels as you don't get (as an example) E4 or ABC1 which are freeview - you do get a few others though which aren't normal freeview.
