Is Achilles a respectable hero, one worth admiring? Why or why not? In your include Achilles' behavior in specific events from the story that helps you to formulate your answer

I don't know and do you know why. I haven't read The Iliad, just like you.
Well, to be honest I can't remember the Iliad that well, but I'd say that it all depends on whose perspective you're looking from. To Anciet Greek eyes, Achiles is everything you want in a hero: he is entitled to humiliate the dead Hector (as he defeated him fair and square) and he could claim whatever that bint's name was as a right of conquest. Of course, to modern eyes such actions were reprehensible.
In my day we had to read the books when we did the homework.
In my day, lazy children who couldn't be bothered to do their own homework had to copy from each other using a real-life pen and paper rather than using this new modern-fangled internet-thingy.
In my day, we had to get up off the couch to change the channel!
