we had this problem recently and I was advised to put surgical spirit on it, and it works.

I have also been told white vinegar also works, as it neutralises the enzymes in the pee.

Baking powder!! (bicarbonate of soda)
Cover the affected area, leabe over night and hoover off, it really gets rid pf smell. You can use ity mattresses etc as well
