My freezer is loaded with habaneros, Fatali and Jamaican Hot Chocolate. I just had a Bangalore King Prawn Phall, with Bombay Aloo phall hot. I collect hot chilli sauces and have over 20 different varieties in the fridge at all times.
There is nothing quite like the ouch factor and endorphin pleasure of chilli heat. The bottom end gets used to it as well. I have chilli sauce with brussels sprouts and baked beans, Holland and Barrett should stock it as a concentrated health food.
