alicante weather

I'm looking to go to Alicante at the end of January but at the moment the temperature there is exactly the same as here (we were mainly going to get away from the horrible weather!) I cant find any weather forecasts for longer than 10 days ahead, presuming it stays around the same temperature (about 17 degrees c) do you think it's worth going?

You could always check weather averages from previous years to see where is warm then. I think you can get them from Yahoo weather. Or just go a bit further south, like egypt / canaries.

yeah just a bit worried we'll be really unlucky! think weve decided to wait till later in the year and see if we can still get it as cheap. thats the reason we cant really go anywhere else, just stumbled across this really good deal in alicante!
