Working as a recruitment consultant

Hi I have just come back from travelling and am pondering what career to take - I worked as a recruitment consultant and was pretty bored of it. Be interested to hear how other people found working in recruitment - if you liked it, if you managed to find an alternative career

I really dont know why you are very much bored of your profession. Its really a nice job. Yes there is lot of ways inside the internet to earn money legally. You can adopt anyone and make your life big.

I started as a trainee headhunter in 1999 and am now a Managing Director within a boutique banking headhunting firm. The key is motivation - if you're bored then you're not going to be motivated. If you liked recruitment as a whole, chances are you need a different sector or style of recruitment. If you don't like sales - which is all recruitment is - then it's not for you.
