I,ve noticed someone doesnt like me much on here and has put a message on here that when i try to open does not allow me, but does with others? Does this mean the question has been banned?
and thats why i cant open it................how do i find out?

Hi, some one had a go at you....some one else defended you....someone else has reprted it because the person who had a go at you mentioned your name [apparently against Site Rules].
