There's a track played on KissFM alot and they never say who it is - it's a club record, female singer and the only lyric I can make out is 'SUGAR'

Try downloading it using Kazaa, or something similar. I heard the same song on Passport To Paris (Mary-Kate & Ashly film). It's called 'Sugar', and it's by 'Stretch Princess'. You can buy the album (which I recommend) from www.amazon.co.uk Hope that helps! ;-)
