I have posted 7 times within 5 minutes and I am not banned.
Is this a definate rule then? Or just a vague threat?

I interpreted the rule as posting QUESTIONS. If it applied to posting ANSWERS then probably I would also have been banned along with many of the other answerers in Quizzes and puzzles. It's often like pigs round a feeding trough in there at times.
