well i would say it has been an up and down day. kinda good to start with and then slowed down a bit and got insdecisive. and how about you?!

well everything was fine been out for lunch with a friend and her baby then came home and made sosage cassarole, mash tatie and peas, the sosages didnt look too cooked so kept them in longer but then the source was getting too thick and looked a bit dodgy so thought it must be cooked its been in an hour so tucked into it my little boy aged 5 didnt eat his sosage because he didnt like it mine was abit floppy but didnt think owt!!... WELL iv had to run up and down to the toilet for the past hour do you think iv got food poisening? iv had poisening b4 but from chicken so i was really poorly!

I have had a grim day today but not as bad as last Wednesday when one of my colleagues was killed in a road traffic accident.
