Hi, my friend has a problem when she eats bread she gets really bad thrush because of the yeast.
Does anyone know of an alternative she can have? I bought her some soda bread but she said its nowhere near the same. Any help would be good, thanks.

there are other types of things that have less yeast in - such as pitta bread, some naan breads, crackers, etc
but none will be the same.

she could try taking acidophilus - this is supposed to neutralise it
Anything thats not Leven (sp). Wraps if she wants a sandwich and I think pittas should be ok. She should try a Jewish food store, they will sell unleven bread.
