AB Site or My Service Provider

I can only seem to use this site for about ten minutes maximum before I get that awful screen saying the web page you has requested is not available (or words to that effect). I then have to wait about another ten minutes before I can get back on. Is this due to the site or my service provider. My whizz kid computer expert son is not about at present to ask so is there anybody out there who knows the answer. This happens everytime I use this site, but does not happen very often with other sites.

I've never seen that myself. I reckon it's down to your computer or service provider.
