I have ordered a 7lb stuffed turkey breast (saddle or crown?) from my local butcher. What is the best way to cook it and how long for?

You have taught me something Shirley - I thought ANY turkey question anyone could possibly come up with was answered on the link I posted for you - the Butterball Brand Turkey website!!! :)

Unfortunately, as far as I could see, the Butterball website refers to only whole turkeys and not de-boned ones and obviously there would be a huge difference in the cooking time.
