How does one get a photograph included on google images pages?

Click images (instead of the default web) search-- Click on the image you want -right click- save picturs as- save to P.C.

In case buckoneton's response doesn't answer your question because you meant you wanted to ADD a photo to the search, not SAVE a photo from it.. then read on..

Google Images spider's sites in its main web search for images, and categorizes them accordingley. If your site is listed in google, and your images are either named and/or tagged correctly then chances are your photo's will show too (eventually!)
