but people sometimes say i act like a kid/teenager.
alsoi lot of folks say i look a lot younger than this.
do u reckon if you act younger its possible to look younger?
i enjoy a good laugh and have a great sense of humour, does this help u to stay young looking?

They believe that they should 'act their age' and that means adopting the facial expression and body language of what their society perceives a fifty-year-old to be. So of course you're going to look younger if you still insist on using teen body language. And there's nothing wrong with that at all.
I'm 47, hubby is 52. Everyone says we both behave like a pair of kids, and I love it when they say that. Sure, we're starting to get aches and pains, but I think they'd be a lot worse if we were to dwell on them.

I personally strongly believe in thinking young, and acting young, its so far worked for me, I am coming up to 39 now and each time i go out clubbing (yes, i adore dance/trance music) I always get chatted up by the below 30 age group of men! It's great and I always get told I look 28 - honestly ! I love it! It makes the young guys choke on their beer for sure as they never believe how old I actually am......i would not change at all.....laughter is the best medicine....
