To stop it from returning you need to be more careful what you do.
From my scientific part of my brain i recall that if you eat chewing gum and smoke at the same time it can cause this. Also, if you drink and stay out late a lot and then go get some food after, etc. but dont clean your teeth when you get home, this can cause it too. You need to clean your teeth the normal 3 times a day and it shouldnt keep coming back.
If it does then it may be something more sinister. It could be one of them little insects that escaped from that government research center. Apparently they escaped in some womans hair. They burrow themselves just under the molar and lay their eggs. Because its in your mouth, the eggs must be hatching sooner. You might hear a little squeel in your mouth sometimes. There could still be one hiding in your mouth. But you may not live anywhere near there...

In an episode of the Diet Doctors(?) a woman suffered from thrush which her doctor hadn't cured and it turned out that a major contributing cause was sugar in her diet. She even had the thrush in the folds of her skin and Athlete's foot. After cutting out sweets, colas and processed foods she was virtually cured. Mind you she wasn't only eating the odd Flake, she had chocolate throughout the day and drank gallons of cola.
