I am a first gereation canadian and I am planning to moev to europe to work for a year. I was told to apply for a e.u passport befor I go.Where do I apply for one in Canada?

Contact your nearest British High Comission. All passports issued by them now are E.U. passports.

I second that. Assuming of course that you don't have Canadian citizenship, then you might find it difficult.
