tuna steaks

we are having fresh tuna steaks tomorrow but i have never cooked them before. can anyone suggest a good recipe or just the best way of cooking them, i understand they can go a bit dry if you're not careful. was wondering if they are a bit like salmon to cook?

If you have a griddle pan, that is the best way to cook them.
Make sure the pan is piping hot (with olive oil), pop the steaks in for 30 secs, tun them, 30 secs, turn again, reduce the heat and cook for about 2.5/3 mins each side!
Obviously you may need to vary the time slightly depending on the thickness of the steaks.
You can also squeeze some lemon juice in the pan whilst they are cooking for some added flavour.
