those are the 3 systems - maybe you need to reword the question?! Gel is by far the best if that's what you're trying to ask

hi im a beauty therapist they are all of the systems for nail extensions ,gel are more kinder to the nail plate and create a natural effect acrylic will help to strengthen the nail and you can have many types of acrylic colours to choose from.fibreglass/silk can also be to strengthen the nail as you could apply it over a split .
