Husband was married for 20 yrs.to a woman with 1son,he had 2sons & 1daughter, then they had 1son.They divorced,she died before the sale the house in La. What do we need to do? Who gets what?

Well in American everything in the marriage is community property. Therefore I am assuming that when they divorced some sort of division or arrangement was made about the house. I suppose if he had been going to get a part of it then that part would go him still , and her part would go to whoever was named in her will. We don't know exactly where you fit in so you would need to give a lot more info, and as previously said most people on here are UK although there are some Americans.
