However, when Collymore questioned the girls innocence so early on, just because she had actually agreed to go to the hotel room (it cant possibly have been rape then can it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!) - I wanted to punch his lights out !!!!!
Arrogant, ignorant git. I know him personally and i dislike him even more now. After what he has done to women he should keep his mouth shut a bit more and LISTEN before he judges others.
GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR !!!!!!!!!

Am inclined to think so but am interested and unsure how much of that is my own bias rather than whether it has actually been proved. Think that probably started with consent but went beyond and the men cannot acknowledge that Will be very interesting to find out in the end exactly what happened - which real juries never know!
There have been a lot of interesting points made on the programme. The judge pointed out that in rape cases, on many occasions it boils down to 'he said / she said' so Stan Collymore is wrong to say that it should all stand on the evidence, because unless there's very strong corroborating evidence on either side, it HAS to be down to the relative believability of the witnesses.
All other telly this week is cancelled now.
By the way, I'm loving the judge and the female long hair. Its good to see that these people really are human...especially seeing the judge having a crafty ciggie in chambers.

thinking about it ....would they put on a programe of such nature knowing that most cases dont make to court so if they are not guilty that would put people of from making a report of rape....so im thinking they are gulity as i stated before i belive she consented at the start but changed her mind i think they are GUILTY
