If you mean PayPal tne service associated with E-bay etc.
Yes I have used it and it works well.
Beware of e-mails purporting to be from PayPal, they are phishing.

if you mean the insurance ..no never tried it ..but check out the life policy and see what age they give out as life

As metz says, if you mean Pet Plan insurance, they are very very expensive, you can get just as good cover from cheaper companies.

Pet pal is the best insurance for animals .
Cheaper companies, as suggested, will terminate the contract after the animal reaches certain age.
Pet Plan is for the life of the animal. I agree is not cheap, but it is ,in the long run.
How do I know.? My two dogs and two rabbits are insured by Pet Plan as were all my previous animals.
