I thought of Pat Phoenix and googled to see if there was a well known Paul Phoenix. There is, he's a tenor (King's singers) but I don't know if he would qualify as famous enough.

Thanks. I've just found your reply. How about Pat and Paul Eddery? They're brothers, so perhaps that wouldn't qualify.

Or film star Pat O'Brien and Paul O'Brien? Paul's name comes up with mention of "Home and Away", but I don't know whether he's famous.
