Most tapes find there way onto roadsides by , a) falling out of car door compartments when the door is opened, b) thrown out by annoyed poassengers when the tapeplayer chews the cassettge up en route c) as debris left behind after an RTA. A combination of wind, traffic and wild animals strews the tape everywhere.

You should collect this tape, then wind it back into its cassette, or if not with it, an old one you have lying around the house. Now play the tape and you will discover a backwards message recorded onto the tape. It will probably incite you to destroy as many people as you can find in close proximity before destoying yourself. Therefore it probably was left by an EVIL witch.

Not sure about the tape but when I was a wee lad my gran used to spin yarns of the porn fairy who would travel from village to village tearing up bits of dirty magazines and scattering them in completely random places.

I've heard that devil worshipers do that, not sure about witches. Black witches could possibly do that i don't think white ones would waste their time, and why video tape? It's not exactly evil is it?
