i was paying my �30 a week each for my 2 children but i have to drop it to �20 for a little time cause i have just got a morgage etc and am struggling a litle bit, one of my exs doesnt mind at all but the other one has stopped me seeing my child, can she do this? also she says if i put it back up i can only see my child on my own not with my current partner who i have been with for well over a year, the thing is they live far away and i want my daughter to spend time with me at my house over holidays ut i am not allowed, can she do this

i think youll find that if the csa is involved then youll have every right to see your child as your paying money no matter how much you are paying.if you are paying money without using the csa i suggest you talk to a solicitor.they give free advice.good luck.
