Could be a type of exzema. Or a fungal infection. Go to the docs. They are used to it!!

u'v got worms, to confirm it u'll hav to look at ur pooh nex time u go for a dump, if youv'e got worms they'll be in it.
If you have, the chemist or doctor will give u the treatment.
