Washing Curtains..

How often does anyone wash their curtains..?? Been in my new house a year now and have just realised i have not yet washed my curtains... Is that so terrible??x

I am shocked and horrified!! Not really, I have been in my house longer than that and have never washed my lounge curtains. I do hoover them occassionally though and that keeps them fresh.

Phew thanks for that!! I got really worried then!! Yes i hoover mine too and sometimes give them a squirt of Febreeze!! I can leave them a while yet then!! Haha

Wow a whole year. I dont wish to reveal how long since I washed mine needless to say it is a while. My mate washes hers every year and drives herself nutty trying to get them up down etc. Hoover them wipe the marks off them and febreeze them then when you actually notice they are grubby wash them. Mine have not killed us yet.

ha ha, i woud never have even thought to wash my curtains!! i wash the nets though coz i have cats and they sit and play with them!! febreeze is the future!!!
