"Hello Darling"

Hiya,

Back in the 90's (95 / 96???) there was this song that they kept playing on the Evening Session (radio 1)

The title was something like 'Hello Darling' (or Ello) and for some reason I reckon it had something to do with Pete Townshend (?) or someone with a similar name???

Anyway, anyone one with any indy/pop/dance 90's knowledge know what on earth I am on about? Friends of mine who listened to similar shows/tunes have no idea what i am on about.
