Discrimination against bankruptcy
2 Answers
I was made bankrupt in 2004 and discharged at the end of that year. I have just been for a job interview in a call centre taking complaints and have been told although I would be fantstic at the job because I declared I was once bankrupt they will not take me? The role has nothing to do with finances or other peoples personal information? Have I been discrimiated against?
Thanks
