Shooting begins on Star Trek 2nd pilot "Where No Man Has Gone Before" 1965..... Id go with that one
judging from that list the answer seems to be 'none'. I suppose the Franco-Prussian war beginning is the nearest thing to important, but even Day 1 of a war isn't really that significant. So maybe it's Frank and Mia.
