can anybody recommend a wireless router suitable for use with NTL/Virgin Media Cable Broadband.
Ideally i would like 108mpbs speed, but 54mbps is fine really.

so this is compatible with cable broadband, right?
someone else in the house buys the internet so i'm making sure, they get annoyed easily :P
The one I gave the link to is very definitely compatible.

I have Virgin and that is the one I use. The modem and router are in the loft, by my desktop pc, and my laptop works at the bottom of the garden and all around the house.
Do you live some where in my house ethel ? thats the way mine is set up lol
Excellent signal all round even the neighbour across the road can pick it up(ive made it secure now)

thanks very much peeps
i will seriously be considering it now,
thanks for the help once again:)
Apologies I mis-read the question; the one I linked to above is not for cable broadband, it's for ADSL broadband. This is the one for cable broadband:

And I can also recommend Ethel's item too (but personally I prefer Netgear: I find the setup easier). But it's definitely a model that works well.
