how to get rid of a cat

There is a cat that is using my porch as a litterbox everyday. I have tried amonia,orange peels,oraganic herbs,over the counter products and food and water.
the dirt in front has also become saturated with fecal. the apartment complex I live in will only rake it up in a pile in front of my porch.
I love animals but i am about ready to set a trap for this one.

Is it on the porch, or the earth just in front, if its the earth, then a few open bottles of smelling salts buried up to the neck should do it, thats what I used on my borders, and it worked.

Cats are territorial, and this cat is marking its spce to remind other cats that it's there. This is cyclical behaviour - you need to remov the odours that tell the cat to re-mark every day.

Remove all traces of feacal matter, including the dirt around it, and wash the area throughly with a strong soloution of bleach and boiling water. Rinse with clean water and repeat. Now place moth balls generously around the porch and dirt area - should do the trick.

A piece of spam on a mousetrap will definitely work! (Just be sure there aren't any hedgehogs around).

hi dont use any household items as that makes them do it worse as they have a substance which attracts them. i work in a pet shop and our most popular one is a gel product called keep off people even use it for the squirrals and they say it all works. you squeese it around your porch so it wont go in. also what ill do when i go into work tomorrow ill look at another product that gets rid of the scent but i cant think what it is called so will post here again tomorrow night.

Try Jays Fluid. It makes the place smell like a camp toilet for a while put it puts cats off forever.

Don't use bleach, it has ammonia in it which is also in cats pee so it will use the porch even more.

Still having problems with "****** CAT"
I think this particular cat doesnt have any senses or something. Most likely the reason it gave the porch a rest because the owners had not let it out.
from talk around the apartments,this cat is abused and the owners let it poop all over the the house. No wonder it is confused. still need ideas.....contemplating the oozy......teehee
