Does anyone know why sometimes when I place my pointer on an object in the toolbar by the clock It only sometimes shows the pop up title and sometimes the title shows behind the toolbar instead of in front? It has nothing to do with the toolbar setting "keep taskbar on top of other windows" I do konw that. Sorry for the huge run on sentence.

Thank you,
Terry

If you find out Peanut I'll be very interested as it's been bugging me for long enough
Why does it happen? Not a clue!

How to fix it? Place cursor over the top edge of the tool bar, so that it changes to a double-ended arrow. Click and drag the edge of the tool bar to the bottom of the screen. (Don't panic when your toolbar seems to disappear!). Release mouse button, then place cursor at the bottom of the screen to get the double-headed arrow back again. Click and drag the top of the toolbar back to its original position.

Of course, for Chris's solution to work the Taskbar must not be locked.

If the double-headed arrow does not appear while hovering over the edge of the taskbar, right-click on an empty section of the taskbar and untick Lock the Taskbar.

Repeat to re-lock.
