New relationship.
A friend has just gone though a very costly divorce and seen most of his financial assets disappear. He is now involved in another relationship and would like this to develop more and live together. He is understandably cautious about the implications, will he need any legal advice/notice before entering into this living arrangement as he doesn't want to see what is left of his pension etc go the same way?
