Heard A song On the Radio Need help it has a saxophone in the chorus

I dont know any of the lyrics from the song but it has a saxophone in the chorus with a rythem that goes a little like this: (ner ner ner ner) and another noise that sounds like this (bop bop bop). Any help would be appreciated, i know it sounds silly but the tune was great and its stuck in my head :P
