Who is the female singer in the new Halifax advert please?

I have heard that some of the people in the adverts ar Halifax employees who had to audition for the parts.

Whoa Nelly is right - the parts are usually played by actual Halifax employees. Usually though they tell you their name and which branch they are from; not sure they do that in this advert.

they do, right at the beginning she spins a sign on the pavement and it reads "Natalie" on one side and "Sheffield" on the other. That's from memory though so might not be 100% accurate. The info is definately there.

Her name is Natalie Davis (although could now be married and changed her name) - I only know as I went to school with her.
