my tomtom one europe keeps showing an x AND WILL NOT RESPOND TO ANYTHING..after I used it on computer...any help?

Have you tried reseting the TomTom, hold the reset button for 5 seconds for it to work.

Also when you attached the TomTom to your computer did you make a Back-up, as it sounds like a software fault, so I would re-install the back-up and see if that work.

Else it could be the firmware.
