can a learner driver carry passengers if they have a qualified driver supervising

I used to do this when I was still a learner and I know of people who have even had passengers on their official driving lessons. You will find a lot of organisations recommend agaisnt this though....lack of concerntration, blocking your view/mirrors....that kind of thing......didnt bother me though ;)
hi there im taking my test at the min you have to be insured to drive someones car and the supervised driver has to be over 21 and hold a licence for at least 2 years, and yes you can carry passengers its only in an instructors car that you cant have passengers. a bit crap but its the law. hope you pass your test soon i failed my first 1 on the 1st of may so i know how hard it is so i wish you luck with it.
