Hi
I am travelling to Canada next year and am considering using "Zoom" as the airline - their prices seem to be pretty good. Has anybody had any experience of this company ? Any info would be gratefully received. Many thanks - have a good weekend !

not used personally but dads pal has used several times to Canada and no problems at all. It is all his golfing chums and sometimes I think they get together to moan about stuff so the fact everything reported good back about Zoom then must be ok. Sorry cannot give personal experience.

Many thanks for your replies. Reading the forum on Zoom, there seems to be a lot of conflicting opinions, but then I suppose that someone's idea of good is not someone else's !!

We have flown with them twice now and they are reasonable. I don't think the upgrade is worth the money (we did it last year) and there is nothing worth the paying the extra for. A little more leg room (and I mean - a little) and a choice of meals - but we had a choice the first time we flew with them in ecconomy - I like the fact that you can choose your seats (that costs extra - �30 per seat each way for legroom seats, I think). We are flying with Air Canada to Vancouver for Christmas because we didn't find that Zoom was any cheaper at the time we booked. It is worth looking at other airlines but Zoom is ok if they work out cheaper for you. I hope you have a good trip - Canada is a beautiful country.
